He [Moses] said, "O my Lord! enlarge my breast for me (grant me self-confidence), and make what I am bidden easy to me;

This is part of what Moses asked God after he had ordered him to go and talk to Pharaoh in order to release the Israelites and let them go with him.

 aye! by the mention of God shall their hearts be comforted.
